Responsibilities

• Attend creative/technical meetings to gather design requirements
• Communicate with technical leads, business leads to build design/compositions
• Create/Edit compositions based on briefings and meetings
• Convert Compositions to web-based renderings (HTML/CSS/LESS/SASS)
• Work with frontend developers to create/edit design components
• Optimize existing designs and workflows for efficiency

Required Work Experience

• At least 2 years in the web design/development realm
• Experience with existing frontend frameworks such as bootstrap, foundation, material etc

Skills and Education Requirements

• Solid design and color theory principles
• Solid composition skills
• Solid Typography skills
• Solid problem solving skills via design
• Sketch App(Mac) experience preferred
• Solid HTML, CSS (Less/Sass) skills
• Illustration skills a plus
• Bachelors in Fine Arts/Design/Communication preferred but not required
• Sketch App Scripting a plus
• LAMP/WAMP/MEAN Stack Experience a plus
• SVG/CANVAS Animation a plus
